Nokia has put the nail to the coffin for their old Symbian mobile phone OS, in favor of a new partnership with MICROSOFT to put Windows Phone 7 on their mobile devices. Yes, that Microsoft.
XBOX LIVE gaming, and avatars on a Nokia phone?
I couldn't help but think about Nokia's past ventures into gaming on the mobile phone, as well as Microsoft's lack of mobile handheld gaming. Does this partnership spell a revival for the Nokia platform as a gaming-centric device? For now I'm calling it the X-GAGE.
